Fujitsu is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work on a project within the EU Institutions, in Brussels.

Location: REMOTE (within the EU Zone)

ServiceNow Developer – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Key Areas of Expertise:

HRSD, Employee ServiceCenter, HR Workspace

• HR Services Configuration – Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs.
• Appointment Booking for HRSD – Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
• Record Producers – Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
• HR Integrations (Future Focus) – Planning and implementing integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs.
